SHIPPING COSTS

Free shipping on fast mode for orders over 80€ to metropolitan France and peninsular Spain.

For orders under 80€, charges will be calculated on your order form depending on the weight and the country of destination.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery may sometimes be delayed in case of large volume orders or out-of-stock items; an e-mail confirmation will inform you about the average waiting time.

In case the delivery of your parcel is delayed we ask you, in order to offer you the best service, to inform us as soon as possible, we will then provide you with your tracking n° to follow the smooth shipping of your parcel.
