Terms and conditions


- The prices shown on the www.labo-hevea.com website are in euro including tax for countries in the European Union. Tax is reduced for countries outside the European Union, French overseas departments and Islas Canarias, Ceuta and Melilla when orders are validated. Customs duties, other local taxes and administrative costs outside the European Union, and in French overseas departments and Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla shall be the responsibility of the respective customer.

- Prices are excluding postage.

- Since the costs of aromatic and natural raw materials are subject to change, the prices on the site may vary without notice.

- labo-hevea.com reserves the right to alter its prices at any time.

- Our products and prices are valid as shown on the labo-hevea.com website while stocks last.


- All orders shall be processed following receipt of payment (bank card or transfer).

Order validation

- Validation of your order means acceptance of the “General terms and conditions of sale” and the “Cautions for use” relating to our products.
- labo-hevea.com reserves the right to cancel orders received from any customer who has been the subject of a dispute or non-payment of a previous order.

International cards, Visa, Eurocard and Mastercard only.
2.Bank transfer
It is possible to make payments by bank transfer. The costs of making a transfer shall be the responsibility of the customer. Please indicate your intention to pay by transfer in the “Comments” box when entering your details. Do not enter your card details at the end of the procedure. Your order will be registered and you will automatically receive our bank details so that you can make your payment.Your order will be processed as soon as your payment has been received.

Secure payment

- labo-hevea.com lets you place orders with total peace of mind. Debit and credit card transactions are encrypted. When paying, users are redirected to a bank payment platform, so labo-hevea.com never has access to debit or credit card numbers at any time.
- We have also enhanced all scrambling and encryption procedures in order to protect all sensitive data linked to means of payment as effectively as possible.

Product availability

- Our products and prices are valid as shown on the www.labo-hevea.com website while stocks last.
- In the event of the non-availability of a product following the placing of your order we undertake to notify you of this within 48 hours, excluding annual holidays, and to inform you when we expect to have the respective product back in stock. You may request the cancellation of your order, reimbursement of the respective amount or a credit note, or you may request the substitution of the products missing from your order.


- Delivery methods offered on labo-hevea.com: ColisPrivé (4-8 working days), Pickup location (4-8 working days) available services just in metropolitan France
- Another delivery methods offered on labo-hevea.com: express (1-2 working days), rapid (2-5 working days), or economy (7-21 working days).
- Free rapid postal charges (2-5 days) from EUR 80 for metropolitan France and peninsular Spain.
- labo-hevea.com may not be held liable for any consequences due to a delay in forwarding goods.
- labo-hevea.com shall not accept liability resulting from errors made by customers in providing their details.
- Any errors in delivery addresses or changes in the course of forwarding orders shall result in costs for which the respective customer shall be responsible.
- Contributions to delivery costs shall only be invoiced for one dispatch in the event that the balance of an order still needs to be delivered.

Product compliance

1.Faulty products
- labo-hevea.com undertakes to reimburse you for or to replace any faulty product or products that you have not ordered after an assessment by our laboratory.
- In such cases you should produce a detailed written report and send back the faulty product or products.
- Requests must be made within 8 working days of receipt of your order. Any complaint made after this time may not be accepted.
- You will be reimbursed for the costs of dispatch and return.
- In any event you will benefit from statutory guarantee provisions, in particular those relating to the guarantee in respect of hidden defects.
2.Damaged packages
- Any package opened and/or damaged, whether accepted or not on delivery, must be accompanied by pictures, “detailed written reservations, signed and dated by the consumer” and notified on the delivery note.
- The consumer must also inform labo-hevea.com thereof by post within 2 working days of receiving the respective delivery.

- Reimbursements for products shall be made within a period not exceeding 15 days following receipt of the respective products.
- In the event of product non-availability, customers may cancel all or part of their order and request reimbursement (by crediting the customer's bank account), which shall take place within 15 days of the cancellation date, or customers may be offered a credit note that is valid for 60 days.

Right to withdraw

- labo-hevea.com shall grant a withdrawal period of 14 working days from the product order date. In such cases the costs of dispatch and return shall be your responsibility. Only the price of the product or products purchased shall be reimbursed. Returns should be sent to:

- Products must be sent back in their original condition and must be intact (packaging, directions for use, accessories etc.) and accompanied by the respective invoice.

Intellectual property

- All texts, images, comments and illustrations reproduced on the labo-hevea.com website are protected under copyright and intellectual property rights across the world.
- For this reason, and in accordance with the intellectual property code, only private use, subject to the various more restrictive provisions of the intellectual code, shall be authorised.
- Any reproduction, in full or in part, of the labo-hevea.com website shall be strictly forbidden.


- The products offered comply with valid Spanish legislation and the standards applicable in Spain and in Europe. labo-hevea.com may not be held liable in the event of non-compliance with legislation in a country to which products are delivered.
- Photographs, images and texts presented by labo-hevea.com are described with the greatest accuracy. However, labo-hevea.com shall not accept any liability for any errors found in the content of photographs, images or texts on the www.labo-hevea.com website.

In this case the latest version of the general terms and conditions of sale will be put on-line, which will render the previous version null and void.
